ACTUAL ISSUES UNDERSTANDING ELECTORAL DISPUTES

Abstract
The article highlights current issues related to the scientific understanding of the category of «election disputes». It is noted that electoral disputes are a form of public-law disputes and are characterized by features of the subject, subject composition and ways of consideration and decision. The main directions of further scientific research in the category of «electoral disputes» are determined, taking into account practical application.
