Categorii de competenţe manageriale specifi ce proceselor educaţionale inovative

Abstract
Articolul prezintă detalii după investigarea printr-o cercetare realizată asupra unei populaţii de manageri - profesori, opinia acestora despre competenţele care reprezintă principalul suport decizional managerial. Ierarhizate încă din scalarea lor iniţială în cadrul etapei de redactare a chestionarului şi pilotare, cele trei categorii de competenţe: Competenţe tehnice - 5 puncte Competenţe interpersonale - 3 puncte Competenţe de autoperfecţionare - 2 puncte oferă o interesantă corelare atât între ele şi prin agregare. Sunt prezentate şi scorurile celoralte 24 de competenţe detaliate în cercetarea comună utilizând două chestionare specifice, proiectate în investigaţia propriu-zisă. Articolul detaliază şi diferenţele existente între subpopulaţia de manageri – profesori şi aceea de profesori. Altă problemă interesantă soluţionată este oferită de modelarea scorului agregat managerial cu ajutorul factorilor identificaţi în corpul unei matrice de corelaţie.
