CATEGORIZING CHARACTERISTICS OF POLITICAL VOCABULARY

Abstract
The article considers the categorizing characteristics of political vocabulary. To clarify the role and place of language in processes of categorizing political reality one should explore the essential signs of the facts of reality. Human mind determines such characteristics as signs of certain areas and relates them to a particular lexical category. Such category in language is a thematic group that combines words-based objective facts which presented signs of political reality. Therefore, the article is devoted to research ways to determine the essential features of the facts of reality, because they are recognized by human mind during the relevant segment of reality perception: consequently, it is nominated by political vocabulary. This thematic group includes explicate collective knowledge about the political reality presented by verbal signs. This approach to the study of ways to categorize political reality makes possible interpretation the language world view as a system of universal ways to increase semantic meanings.
