CATEGORY «CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL POLICY» (THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS)

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of legal nature of the juridical category “constitutional and legal policy”. The author’s definition of notion of constitutional and legal policy is presented. The signs and tasks of constitutional and legal policy and also a place of new category in the system of science of constitutional law are determined. A correlation of the categories “constitutional and legal policy” and “constitutional policy”, “legislative policy” are analyzed. Expediency of adopting the scientifically substantiated conception of constitutional and legal policy of the state for the sake of improving the process of constitutional building is seen.
