Abstract
The Information Technology and Communication, are obviously of paramount importance at present, so that it becomes necessary to know what they contain. Both technology and communication are universal languages, and can extract the best out of them if known and more than that applied correctly. However, in order to achieve this requires a knowledge, tools, infrastructure and above all, skills, abilities and strategies of implementation. Significantly, Information Technology communication, is an unlimited field because there are always new and ongoing developments, but also, learning is as accessible as making a "click" and this from us to will and to do that "click".
