Challenges and transitions in implementation of electronic government within municipal administrations in Bulgaria at the end of 2017

Abstract
In the end of 2017 we can report significant year in implementation of electronic government in Bulgaria. In this area we can recognize serious efforts, changes and new rules of administration operations. Municipalities are placed in the center of these processes with different behavior, politics, processes and risks in synchronization of current model with the future model as e-Government. As result of these results we are waiting for different perspectives for each segment of municipalities. We can report removing of two from three general system problems in implementation of e-Government in Bulgaria.
