This study utilized a convergent mixed method research to determine the challenges and lived experiences of teachers in modular distance learning: basis for enhancement in the school's learning continuity plan in General Luna district. The researcher used samples of teachers-respondents from the General Luna District. Public secondary public schools were chosen because the researcher teaches here for seven (7) years and its proximity to the researcher that it ensured ease, and efficiency in data gathering. The researcher used a survey questionnaire in gathering the necessary data from the respondents so that accuracy would be assured in this study. All the facts and data to be gathered would be carefully considered, analyzed, and interpreted. The researcher made some inferences, conclusions, and generalizations out of the data that were gathered. The data suggest that school administration is looking after the departmentalization of teachers in terms of giving teaching loads as prescribed by the secondary education manual. It is transparent as most of the teachers handle Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao along with the TLE subject as illustrated by a frequency of 7 or about 41.18% out of 17 respondents. The respondents shared their experiences and narrated that it was challenging amidst the pandemic. It was not easy for them, especially since most of their students live in far-flung areas. General reactions of the TLE teachers of General Luna district suggest that they are strongly agree on the mentioned challenges as it indicated on the overall computed mean of 3.50. Checking and evaluating student's outputs from the module is the topmost challenge that teachers encountered as it reflects on computed mean average of 3.71 and interpreted as strongly agree. In adiition, The obtained F value of .383 with upper boundary (3.681) and lower boundary (3.290) was found not significant at 0.05 level of significant indicates that teacher's demographic profile does not form any substantial predictors on level of challenges encountered by the teachers. The results also demonstrate a generated associated probability value (.688) that is greater than the significance level set (0.05) reveals that there is no significant difference on the level of challenges encountered by seventeen (17) Junior High School Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Teachers of General Luna District Quezon Province for the school year 2020-2021 when grouped according to their demographic profile. The respondents emphasized that there shall be an enhancement in the school's learning continuity plan to cater the needs of the students in the teaching-learning process in TLE.
