Abstract
The article examines the impact of the increasing use of the Industrial Internet of things by the management of the oil and gas companies. The model of integration of information technologies and operational management of companies is offered. The challenges faced by IT departments and operational management in connection with the use of the Industrial Internet of things are presented.
