Change in foreign policy of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in the period of 1990-2016

Abstract
The article deals with the political relations of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia with the states that are in a very important civilization, geopolitical point of view, and particularly in relation to ethno region. Analyzed the formation of foreign components in the period from the date of recognition of independence to the present day. The question of the availability of public and political consensus on foreign policy issues and identified changes in the public mood regarding the policy of the Baltic States.
