CHANGE IN THE BUREAUCRACY WITH THE LAW NO 6360

Abstract

Along with Law No. 6360, the local government system in Turkey has been the scene of significant changes in certain areas. These; Administrative structure, distribution of financial resources, political geography, presentation of local services and personnel structure. Each of these changes will be a matter of working separately. This study focuses on changes in the structure of the staff. How the law 6360 affects the bureaucracy constitutes the main topic of the study. First, there is a general introduction to the law 6360. Then, this law deals with the change in the bureaucracy. The effects on the personnel system of Turkey of the Law No. 6360 is made the evaluation subject.
