CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS IN TRANSFORMATION CONDITIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the structure of the processes of change with the separation of the principles of managing change and the introduction of changes in public organizations. The questions, which will help to realize the principles of management of changes in the processes of transformations in state organizations, are analyzed.
