Abstract
Within the framework of this article, a historical and bibliographic analysis of the theoretical foundations of state administration in the conditions of crisis situations caused by military-political factors was carried out. The study of various approaches to understanding the crisis situations caused by military-political factors in the state-political and military spheres, the common features of these approaches and specific characteristics have been determined, the conditional differentiation has been proposed for several groups; outlined a range of issues that are still unresolved within the research topic.
