THE INTEGRATION MECHANISM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF RISK OF AN EMERGENCY CONDITION APPEARING

Abstract
The scientific principles of predictive determining of mechanism public administration of the the risk of an emergency condition appearing are analyzed in the article. The subsystems of this mechanism that determining of the level of risks of emergencies condition appearing are specified. Considering the provisions of the general concept of the state administration science, legal, economic, organizational and informational methods of the state’s management of risks of emergency onset were singled out. The types and monitoring systems in the system of public administration under the conditions of the risk of emergency onset were systematized.
