THE STATE – ACADEMIC FREEDOM – INTERNALISATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION: THE INTERDEPENDENCE DEGREE

Abstract
Higher education is one of the strategic sectors of public administration and plays an unprecedented role in a globalized world. Conversely, the rapid progress of economic globalization tends to emphasize and multiply the valuable mission of any HEI, which through the internationalization of educational processes contributes to the training of mobile, multicultural specialists, which in the future will be able to function effectively due to the gained skills of critical thinking. The right to academic freedom is the HEI’s subjective right and the degree of academic freedom is always directly proportional to the degree of democratization of society and state administration. The State - University relationship is the subject of consideration of this article.
