STATE AND CIVIL SOCIETY INTERACTION IN CORRUPTION PREVENTION AS FACTOR OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
The article picks out in complex the grounds and technologies of state and civil society interaction in cor- ruption prevention as a factor of national security. In particular, transparency of public authorities’ activity is the very important mean of society joining up. It raises significantly a stability of society concerning national security threats. State and society collaboration is effective for reduction of the political corruption level. Considerable limitation of this corruption opens possibilities for real social, at first, socio-economic trans- formations determining crucially the condition of national security. Introduction of the effective civil control facilitate directly the national security strengthening because a corruption activity of officials damages or threatens often for national interests immediately.
