NORMATIVE LEGAL PROVISION OF GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POLICY

Abstract
It is determined that at the level of constitutional law there are logically linked categories: “investment market” as a complex object of legal regulation and “investment policy” of the state, which is a legal form of the state’s influence on the content and form of functioning of the investment market. It was emphasized that with the adoption of the Commercial Code of Ukraine (GKU), the place of state economic policy and all its directions in the system of legal maintenance of relations between the state and economic entities received the corresponding legislative consolidation. It is established that the mechanism of formation of legal investment policy has the purpose to ensure the implementation of investment policy of the state by developing, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the system of necessary measures of legal investment policy as an obligatory part of the state programs of investment development of the country. The State Program of Investment Development of the country is proposed for implementation, which should be obligatory and coordinated with the related program documents of the state and, in particular, with the State Program of Economic Development.
