PRINCIPLES OF DECENTRALIZATION IN THE PUBLIC AUTHORITY OF THE ZAPOROZHIAN COSSACKS

Abstract
The article emphasizes the importance of taking into account traditions in the context, of the introduction of the decentralization reform of public authority in Ukraine. The signs of decentralization of public authority in the Zaporozhian Cossacks are determined. Positive and negative consequences of the decentralization of the Zaporozhian Sich, were noted. On the basis, of the study, recommendations are given for a successful reform of decentralization in modern Ukraine.
