THE ANALYTICAL REVIEW OF THE FEATURES OF STATE REGULATION OF TURNOVER OF THE STATE AND MUNICIPAL LAND PLOTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The analytical review of the features of state regulation of a turnover of the state and municipal land plots in Ukraine is carried out in the article. The standard and legal base of Ukraine concerning differentiation of the state and municipal lands is investigated. The retrospective assessment of territorial distribution of the state and municipal sold land plots is carried out. The structural assessment of the land plots sold in Ukraine by the property rights’ forms is made. The algorithm of repayment of the land plots by citizens and legal entities on a contract basis is characterized.
