SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE EXPERT ON THE STATE ADMINISTRATION DIVISIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of socio-psychological factors and conditions for the development of the communicative competence of a specialist in public administration for the establishment of effective and productive business communication. Communicative qualities and abilities, the preparation of a specialist for full interpersonal communication, creative cooperation and dialogue with colleagues and subordinates is an important factor of effective managerial activity. Communicative training requires not only an increase in the volume of psychological knowledge, assimilation and consolidation of «effective» communication skills, but also a principled orientation of a specialist in public administration for the implementation of effective internal and external communicative interaction with business communication partners. All this significantly affects the functional efficiency of the state institution, its image, the correspondence of the implemented policy to modern challenges and innovations in the implementation of tasks in public administration.
