CONCEPTUALIZATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The peculiarities of development of the methodology of public administration in the conditions of public administration reform in Ukraine have been considered in the article. The emphasis is placed on the need to improve the methodology of public administration. The scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists concerning the imperfection of the methodological approach to state-management processes have been analyzed. Particular attention has been paid to the content of the concepts of "object" and "subject" of knowledge. It is proposed to consider such a direction of improvement of the methodology of public administration as a conceptualization.
