LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS BETWEEN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN THE FIELD OF JUSTICE AND THE PUBLIC

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of relations between public authorities and the public. The main components of the regulatory framework concerning the management of communicative and informational activities in courts are described.The principles of establishing direct relations with the public are defined on the basis of openness and transparency. The author analyzes the shortcomings of the normative and legal support of the activity of judicial authorities in the field of public relations. The article reveals the essence of communication between the judicial authorities and society as a three-tier process, all stages of which need to be reflected in the legislation.
