GEOPOLITICAL FACTORS OF TERRORIST THREATS EMERGENCE AND CONSEQUENCES FOR UKRAINE AND WORLD

Abstract
The geopolitical factors of the emergence of terrorist threats are considered, and the world trend of an increased number and scale of terrorist acts in Ukraine and in the world is established. It has been determined that modern terrorism has become international and global in nature and is a threat to national and international security. The geopolitical preconditions for the emergence and spread of terrorism in Ukraine, related to internal and external factors, are considered. The threats of terrorist nature in Ukraine, connected with possible terrorist attacks on potentially dangerous objects, have been analyzed with the purpose of taking the necessary decisions on their minimization.
