FORMATION OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN DECENTRALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of modernization of the system of social services. There is grounded expediency of introduction of integrated approaches in the system of social services. The key requirements for ensuring the integration of the system as a whole and its individual elements are determined. The ways of forming a multi-level infrastructure of services in the conditions of decentralization are offered. Also it is defined the methodological basis for research of development of the system of social services in Ukraine.
