Abstract
The article analyzes the regulatory and legal support for the development of leadership development in public administration activities. The legislative base, which was formed during the years of Ukraine’s independence, and normative acts for their conformity to the principles and standards of the European Union and the Euro-Atlantic community have been characterized. The role of subjects providing leadership development in public administration was exposed.
