CHARACTERISTICS OF AUTHORITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF UKRAINE UPDATED

Abstract
The article contains administrative and legal aspects of the updated characterization of executive bodies of Ukraine. It consists in the fact that in its system, along with the classical subjects of public administration, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central bodies of executive power and local bodies of executive power make up some others executive bodies of power not-subordinated to the highest executive body, but they car- ry out executive and administrative in a specific area of public life: the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the National Commission, which carries out public walking in energy and utilities, National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
