Characteristics of clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of Cushing’s disease in children

Abstract
In children Cushing’s disease is rare. Growth prognosis, adequacy of development of peak bone mass, development of metabolic complications of the disease all depend on timeliness of diagnosis and treatment. Presented in this article are contemporary data on peculiarities of clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of Cushing’s disease in childhood.
