CHARACTERISTICS OF FUNCTION OF QUANTITATIVE NOUN COMBINATIONS (NOUN-INDICATOR AND MEASURING SUBSTANCE) WITH THE MEANING «INSIGNIFICANT/ LITTLE» IN POETIC DISCOURSE

Abstract
The article deals with the structural semantic peculiarities of functioning in poetical speech measuring nouns with metaphoristic meaning insignificant, small amount of somebody, something as a part of decomposable numeric-substantive combinations and prepresitive-substantive complexes. Some aspects of this issue – the study of constituents NMC field (indefinitely small amount), the function of their structural and semantic features. The objective of this article is to study the system expression meaning ‘small, small number of’ mainly at quantitative-nominal phrases (the main word stands measuring noun, quantifier and dependent – noun denoting measured substance) and at prepositional-noun compounds.
