Characteristics of the subject of juvenile involvement in criminal activity

Abstract
The article is devoted to the description and explanation of characteristics of the subject of involving minors in criminal activity. It is established that along with the characteristics of the general subject it is characterized by an increased, 18-year, age of criminal responsibility. The problem of the legal significance of the age difference between the perpetrator and the victim is touched upon. It is argued that the full legal age and the age difference associated with it should form a psychological basis for the socially-role dominance of the person who is involving over the person who is involved, which is a condition for the culpability under the Art. 304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
