CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME DETERMINANTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CRIME

Abstract
This article focuses on the determination complex of environmental crime. The classification of environmental crime determinants is made. The most significant determinants of environmental crime are summarized and characterized, in particular economic, political and social determinants.
