THE METHODS OF RESEARCH OF CONSTITUTIONAL BASES OF LEGAL STATUS OF JUDGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Ground of such category of constitutional law, as constitutionally-legal status of judges, exposure of his elements, finding out of legal personality of judges, research of normative and organizational legal facilities of strengthening of status of judges, decision of the existent problem questions related to bringing in of judges to legal responsibility, and also the study of foreign experience of relatively constitutional bases of legal status of judges requires forming of corresponding methods of research. Only with the correct application of all arsenal of methods that are used by science of constitutional law gives an opportunity to get the sufficient level of knowledge about such multidimensional phenomenon as constitutional bases of legal status of judges. The presented methods of research of considerable problems of constitutional bases of legal status of judges have universal character and also can be used for effective research of constitutional bases of legal status of other constitutional legal subjects.
