Abstract
The word means the mass migration from packaging material to its contents. Not much change in immigration mechanical properties and permeability of packaging .In a biological system, antioxidant as a substance that when there is a low concentration of the substance oxidation can significantly delay Or it will stop is defined .Edible coatings are thin layers of materials which obstruct the migration of moisture, oxygen, and dissolved substances in food cause and can be eaten by the consumer .Because the compounds are anti-natural origin Polymers are sensitive to the processes applied during manufacturing, so use them directly in the polymer formulation to reduce their activity and where these materials are more expensive than synthetic antioxidants it is necessary to optimize their use .That is why solving it in a suitable solvent and polymer coating solution is preferred, In order to avoid reducing their activity .Some natural ingredients with antioxidants that can be used in the discussion of food packaging Include alpha-tocopherol, oregano, barley, citrus, rosemary and green tea.
