Checking of Account of Goods, Vehicles for Commercial Use, Moving Across the Customs Border of Ukraine and/or Being Under Customs Control as a Form of Customs Control

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of scope, grounds and procedure of application of such form of customs control as checking of account of goods, vehicles for commercial use, moving across the customs border of Ukraine and/or being under customs control as a form of customs control. The necessity of changing the name of this form of customs control is proved and the use of the following name - "checking of account of goods, vehicles for commercial use, which are under customs control" is proposed.
