Children's Accountability System Policy in the Framework of Legal Protection for Children Delinquency

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the policy of the system of child criminal responsibility and its resolution mechanism through positive legal procedures to know and analyze the implementation of the policy of child criminal responsibility system in the framework of legal protection for delinquency children and to know and analyze what triggers the emergence of behavioral deviation/behavioral aberrations, which then leads to juvenile delinquency. .This research type of research empirical law research on the implementation of legal rules and legal effectiveness.
