CHILD’S PROPERTY RIGHTS AS A SUBJECT OF AN AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the doctrinal approaches to the concept “child’s property rights”. The state of the effective legislation of Ukraine is analyzed concerning the definition of child’s property rights, particularities of entering into agreements with child’s property rights. The author concluded while acquiring the right to property to real estate by a child the authorization of the Custody and Care Authority to the conclusion of the agreement is not required.
