CHRISTOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF THE CHALCEDON CATHEDRAL

Abstract
On the basis of the activities of the Chalcedon Cathedral, a dogmatic way of connecting the divine and human nature in a single Face of Jesus Christ, formulated in the Chalcedony Oros, has been revealed. The transformation of Christological ideas that have completed the long-standing confrontation between Alexandria and Antiochian theological schools and the relevance of the dogmatic doctrines of the Chalcedon Cathedral for modern Christological systems have been analyzed.
