HISTORICAL BASIS OF FORMATION OF THE CZECH PARLIAMENTARISM

Abstract
The article examines the factors that influenced the formation of the modern Czech parliamentary system. The author on the basis of analysis of Czech political history concludes that the democratic basis for the formation of parliamentary traditions in the Czech lands became parliamentary methods of struggle in Czech politics and the formation of the institute of pol itical elections.
