USE OF BLACK PR IN PARLIAMENTARY ELECTORAL CAMPAIGNS 2007, 2012 AND 2014 IN UKRAINE: APPLIED ASPECT

Abstract
In Ukraine, there was a general trend of violation of fundamental principles of elections, calling into question their decisive role in the formation of democratic institutions. Using of PR instruments, instruments, «clean and transparent» technologies, at the political market considerably will heave up probability of receipt of power exactly those leaders which are capable professionally and effectively realize a folk trust by the practical political activity. Using of black PR during Ukrainian parliamentary elections 2007, 2012 and 2014 – forced out «transparent» technologies of the political advertising.
