Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: realities top respiratory medicine problems with the present positions

Abstract
Objective — evaluation of the situation with the common diseases of the broncho-pulmonary system and analysis of the prospects for the establishment of COPD control from the point of view of the present. Used access to various full-text and abstract databases. Results and discussion. An analysis of recent scientific sources has shown, that the current problem of the present is a progressive increase in the incidence of COPD. Conclusions. COPD is a major challenge to public health and a significant problem of respiratory medicine, but it can both be prevented and treated. COPD through the formation of systemic effects becomes the main cause of complications that contribute to the increase in mortality in the world. Many people have suffered from this disease for many years and die prematurely from the actual disease itself or it’s complications. Results of linear predictive analysis, the world is expected to increase the frequency of COPD because of the constant presence of risk factors that cause disease and due to the rapid aging of the population.
