Ціннісно-орієнтоване управління в системі менеджменту закладу вищої освіти

Abstract
Метою статті є узагальнення теоретико-методологічних основ менеджменту закладу вищої освіти на аксіологічних засадах в сучасних умовах. Охарактеризовано визна- чення терміну «ціннісно-орієнтоване управління». Висвітлено основні концептуальні поло-ження формування і розвитку ціннісно-орієнтованого управління. Встановлено, що ціннісно- орієнтований напрям менеджменту нині займає центральну позицію щодо інших сучасних видів менеджменту. Він є свого роду філософією організації управлінської діяльності, на підставі якої вибудовується і реалізується управління за його специфічними напрямками. Доведено, що ціннісно-орієнтоване управління сприяє досягненню й збереженню провідних конкурентних позицій закладу вищої освіти.
