Citizens rights violation by collection agencies and the other ways to "make" money

Abstract
The theoretical-legal and psychological issues of the proper protection of bankrupt, liquidated bank establishments ex-clients rights, which burnt with received services of the SMS banking system was researched. According to the above, we deal with effective legal protection mechanisms of citizens' rights as bank establishments former clients on the basis of the illegal collection agencies activity that do informational, property and psychological pressure on ex-cardholders with the activated (more often imposed) «SMS banking» service.
