Public authorities’ functional and organizational structure optimization in the context of corruption prevention and combating and their interactions

Abstract
The general administrative-legal theoretical approach regarding the optimization of the functional and organizational structure of state authorities still preserves its actuality in the context of corruption prevention and combating in the view of their interactions. Particular attention is paid to the current problems of practical nature that influence the social relations in the outlined field, causing the need for transformative practical and legal measures.
