Implementation of crypto-currency in Ukraine legal system

Abstract
The article gives a brief description of the crypto currency development. The foreign experience was analyzed. On common, the main arguments were given benefits and drawbacks of using crypto-currency. The difference between electronic money and crypto currency was revealed . The legal characteristic of crypto currency was given legal status in Ukraine and more important the legal regulation through implementation in legal system was proposed.
