CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of features the use of the geographical pointing in Ukraine and world. The main provisions and maintenance of home and international legislation, touching adjusting of the relations related to the use and defence of the geographical pointing, were analysed.
