CIVIL PROCEDURAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF PROCESSOAL LENGTHS

Abstract

The notion civil procedural responsibility for violation of procedural terms. Analyzes current legislation stipulates that civil procedural responsibility is a separate type of legal liability, which is not limited to procedural enforcement measures, including sanctions and worthlessness as non-occurrence of legal consequences in case of procedural violations. There is the necessity to include the mechanism of legal regulation of court fines. Bringing people to legal liability, which provides for violation of procedural rules relating to periods commitment of proceedings, can not overcome the obstacles on the way to the timely consideration and resolution of civil cases.
