Civil Society and Business: International and Regional Models of Interaction

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of social entrepreneurship in Ukranian and international practice. Despite widespread social entrepreneurship in the world, its capabilities and legal status are still under discussion. The lack of clear regulatory of the term «social enterprise» prevents the institutionalization of this phenomenon in many countries, including the Ukraine.
