Civil society in the context of reforming of the country.

Abstract
In the article, the author examines the current state of the development of civil society in the context of reforming the country according to economic, political and socio-cultural criteria. Given its key role in the public administration system, in terms of reforming public administration, local government, modernizing the mechanisms of interaction between government and society, the analysis helps to highlight problematic aspects on which the attention of the scientific community and reformers should be focused.
