Визначення раціонального методу функціонування системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення цивільного захисту

Abstract
У статті запропоновано системний підхід до визначення раціонального методу функціонування системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення цивільного захисту. Науково обґрунтовано доцільність використання методу аналізу ієрархій для оцінювання системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення цивільного захисту у різних режимах функціонування. Виявлено, що у законодавчих актах та у попередніх наукових дослідженнях не розкрито методи функціонування системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення у їх взаємозв’язку з режимами функціонування єдиної державної системи цивільного захисту. Розроблено алгоритмічну модель визначення раціонального методу функціонування системи інформаційного забезпечення цивільного захисту на основі методу аналізу ієрархій
