Clamping and Suspend Systems to Manipulations Docking Ramps
Journal Title: Machine Design - Year 2017, Vol 9, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of two proposed solutions to achieve the handling and transport platforms docking. The proposed solutions are analyzed by finite element method and validated by laboratory experiments. The solution adopted will be chosen according to the chosen transport equipment.

Equipment For Towing - Bollard 200 t
The paper presents the research conducted bollards for towing ships and through mathematical and structural work and Pro-Engineer view as well. For the budget, in addition to external forces used data on the mechanical p...
Discrete Variable Truss Structural Optimization Using Buckling Dynamic Constraints
Using continuous variables in truss structural optimization results in solutions which have a large number of different cross section sizes whose specific dimensions would in practice be difficult or expensive to create....
Analysis of the Effectiveness and Impact on the Environment of the Waste Collection and Transportation System
Waste collection and transportation is an indispensable part of any waste management system. Designing a municipal waste collection and transportation system is a very complex task, as it requires system optimization in...
Probabilistic Design of Composite Wheel Spanner
Probabilistic design offers tools for making reliable decisions with the consideration of uncertainty associated with design parameters and simulation models. This project discusses probabilistic design and its applicati...
Quasi-Static Analysis of a Motorcycle Strut
The strut is essential part of the motorcycle suspension system. The spatial model of motorcycle suspension is developed and analysed in this paper. Developed model of strut is analysed in different operating conditions:...
