Classification of different types of image.

Abstract
The article raises the problem of systematization of image types according to different criteria: emotional coloration; basis grounds; target installation; degree of rationality; the end result; functioning; appointment of an individual; the number of subjects; the nature of social activity; differentiation of the sphere of professional activity; socio-demographic characteristics; cultural context. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, various types of image are systematized in accordance with the following criteria: emotional color; basic grounds; goal sets; the degree of rationality; different variants; the end result; functioning; appointment of an individual; the nature of social activity; differentiation of the sphere of professional activity; socio-demographic characteristics; cultural context. The identified types of image characterize the peculiarities of the professional image of a specialist in information technology (integrity, consistency, controllability, conditionality, conformity, subjectivity, combination of internal and external factors), which promotes competitiveness and success in creating a professional image at the level of personality, organization and market services.
