CLASSIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT METHODS AND TOOLS IN THE AREAS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study and classify instruments and management methods in the areas of innovative development of tourism enterprises. The paper highlights the concept of innovation in tourism and their basic aspects. The features and specific features of innovation activity of tourist enterprises are given. Graphically depicts a generalized classification of management tools for the innovative development of tourism enterprises. The essential characteristic of budgeting, innovation activity, lending to innovative projects, economic stimulation as effective tools of economic methods, as well as definitions of socio-psychological, technological and administrative methods are analyzed. The generalized data on the classification of management methods and instruments in the areas of innovative development of tourism enterprises are systematized. As a result of the conducted conceptual studies of general characteristics and features of the formation and implementation of innovative activities and the introduction of innovations by tourism enterprises, the main directions and tools for managing the innovative development of tourism enterprises have been identified and structured.
